Documents are sent via email, and it can also be downloaded from the client‘s dashboard. It‘s also important to note that some visa types dont require an actual download.

For example:

• The Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for most countries is linked to the passport electronically. This means that that applicant wont have to print anything to carry in their travels. 
• The eVisa does require the applicant to download the visa document and print-it. Visitors are required to show the physical document upon arrival. It‘s always good practice to carry an extra copy of the visa.
• The Visa on Arrival really depends on the country of destination. Some countries will ask you print-out confirmation that the application was lodged online.
