Singapore Arrival Card for Indonesians

The Arrival Card for Singapore is an electronic document for Indonesian travelers heading to Singapore. This SGAC also acts as a Travel Health Declaration, giving essential travel and identity information to the Singaporean government.

No Visa Requirement for Short Stays

Indonesians can travel visa-free to Singapore for up to 30 days. If someone else submits the SG Arrival Card application on an Indonesian traveler’s behalf, they must confirm that the traveler is aware of the card’s contents. 

However, travelers from Indonesia must also understand the penalties for providing false information.

Navigating the SGAC Application Process

The Indonesian applicant has the option to review and make changes to their application or continue to the next step. Different entry points, such as airports, land checkpoints, and ferry terminals, accept the electronic SG Arrival Card for Singapore. However, it is not a visa. 

If Indonesian visitors plan to stay longer than 30 days, they need both an SG Arrival Card and a Singapore visa. Indonesian passport holders can amend their Singapore Arrival Card application if their travel plans or health status change.

The Health Declaration’s Role

Before entering Singapore, all Indonesian visitors must submit an SG Arrival Card online, which includes a health declaration. 

The SG Arrival Card must be submitted within three days before arriving in Singapore. This is to avoid immigration delays.

Validity and Duration of Stay

The Arrival Card for Singapore remains valid until the traveler from Indonesia arrives in Singapore or after their visit, whichever happens first. If the card hasn’t expired, travelers can update their SG Arrival Card at any time.

The processing time of SGAC is within one to two days of submission. It is sent via email.

Steps After Completing the SGAC

After finishing the electronic Arrival Card for Singapore, Indonesians and international travelers must submit it before arriving in the country. 

Indonesian travelers should take note of the following information regarding the Singapore Arrival Card:

• The arrival card information can be submitted up to 3 days before the date of arrival in Singapore, including the date of arrival.
• It is important to remember that the SG Arrival Card is not a visa.
• The use of the SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.
• All information must be provided in English.
• The options available in the drop-down menus of the SG Arrival Card represent places declared by visitors to Singapore. 

Submitting the arrival card information successfully does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Upon arrival, the eligibility for entry will be assessed based on its own merits. 

It is essential that all the information provided by the Indonesian applicant or on their behalf by a designated third party is accurate and true.

Important Note for Proxy Submission

If Indonesian applicants are submitting the arrival card on behalf of someone else (referred to as "the principal"), they must make sure that the principal is aware of the contents of the submission.

However, the arrival card will be considered as if it has been personally submitted by the principal. The principal may be held responsible for any offense related to false statements or declarations made on the arrival card. Moreover, they may be held accountable for aiding the commission of such offenses.

Updating SG Arrival Card (SGAC) Submission

If there are any changes to travel plans or updates to health status, travelers from Indonesia can update their SGAC submission. The arrival information on the SG Arrival Card expires under two conditions: after the applicant arrives in Singapore or after visiting Singapore, whichever occurs earlier. Visitors from Indonesia can update their SGAC anytime before it expires.

To update the information on the SG Arrival Card, Indonesian travelers will need the following:

• Passport information
• DE Reference Number received via email upon successful submission of the SGAC

• Date of Birth in dd/mm/yyyy format
• Passport Number
• DE Number
• Citizenship
• Date of Passport Expiry

Editing the SGAC Form

There is an "Edit this Submission" button that allows Indonesian applicants to make necessary changes to the SGAC application form. 

Before editing the form, citizens from Indonesia must have all the required travel documents, such as their passport, visa (if applicable), and any other supporting documents.

Printing the SG Arrival Card

Travelers from Indonesia can download and print the SG Arrival Card prior to their trip. Fill it out accurately and have it ready for submission at the immigration counter.
